Fast, Fresh and Tasty

Fast, Fresh and Tasty is a new iPhone and iPad recipe app featuring a range of foods, including New Zealand seafood.  SeaFIC contributed to the seafood section, with great recipes sourced from Auckland's Seafood  School (big thanks to Jo Cooper). It was launched last night in Wellington and is a great way to promote New Zealand seafood and other local ingredients. It also provides good background information on the individual fish species, and has handy things like a shopping list which you can send on to someone else. The app can be downloaded onto your iPhone by clicking on this link. Click here to see the Fast, Fresh and Tasty press release.
